NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ISLAND GAMES 2019
Following the award of the NatWest International Island Games 2019 to Gibraltar, Gibraltar Island Games 2019 Ltd will be accommodating approximately 1800 athletes, athletes support staff and other guests during the 4th to 14th July 2019 in 134 flats in Europa Estate and Trafalgar Heights.
Expressions of interest are invited from parties interested in the facilities and security management of the sites. This will include the provision of the following services among others: 24/7 security cleaning, general maintenance, keys management, individual flat audits at arrival and departure of athletes, computer systems for call handling and communication devices e.g wifi, liaising with other service providers, ie police, fire departments, telecom, caterers, rubbish removal, utilities etc.
Expressions of interest should include a brief proposal and indication of pricing.
